Companies Get Additional Benefits When Staff Gives a Paper at IMS2024!
Giving a talk at IMS has benefits for presenters as well as their company’s brand. Your experts can submit to all types of events: tech sessions, workshops, industry workshops, panel sessions, and Microapps.
For tech sessions, interested speakers need to submit a 3-4 page technical paper (in PDF) that describes original work and/or advanced practices on RF, microwave, mmWave, and THz theory and techniques. The deadline for submission is 5 December 2023.
Authors of accepted industry papers are eligible for additional benefits at IMS2024. Some of these are especially valuable to companies that are exhibiting at IMS2024:
- INDUSTRIAL SHOWCASE: Industry paper authors can showcase their paper and dialog with attendees about their company at the Industrial Showcase Reception on Monday prior to the plenary session.
- INDUSTRY SUPPORTED PAPERS: Industry-supported technical papers may recognize sponsorship by company booth number at the end of their oral presentation. Interactive Forum participants with industry-supported work may distribute approved coupons for prizes at the associated booth.
- INDUSTRY-PAPER DEMO SESSIONS: Industry authors will be invited to demonstrate hardware or software discussed in the paper.
- INDUSTRY PAPER CONTEST PRIZE: Note: Please remember you have to select (check the box) when submitting your paper in the submission site to designate your paper for consideration in the Industry Paper Competition.
