A Novel Cable Fixture Design for Material Characteristic ExtractionBased on 2X-Thru De-embedding Methods
This work presents the design of a novel fixture for
evaluating the performance of high-speed cables, with the goal of
providing an effective solution for production line testing. The
2X-Thru de-embedding method is employed to extract the cable
characteristics. The fixture's symmetry is verified using the 2XThru de-embedding technique. The design demonstrates
excellent durability and repeatability, making it a promising
solution for quality control of cables used in high-performance
computing applications.
