Fully Automated High-Power Amplifier Design: From Transistor Selection to Post-Layout Generation

This presentation provides automated High Power Amplifier (HPA) designs using multi-objective optimization methods employed by the neural networks. In order to design high performance HPAs, various design specifications such as: output power, power gain, efficiency, and phase distortion must be optimized concurrently. To tackle this problem, fully automated optimization methods leading to generate post-layouts of HPAs by once selecting the transistor models are presented.
