Past, Present and Future Challenges of Testing RFIC Industry

In this keynote, we will highlight the major challenges the industry has faced over the past 10 years, the current hurdles, and those on the horizon. We’ll present a summary of our research over the years and discuss how innovations from the test and measurement (T&M) industry have addressed these challenges and the need to keep pace with future demands. The topics will include energy efficiency, frequency bands, bandwidths, channels and testing methodologies including AI.
