High Throughput Manufacturing and Testing of Semiconductor Spin Qubit Quantum Processors

The successful large-scale integration of quantum circuits hinges on a thorough understanding of their fundamental building blocks. To bridge the gap between academic proof-of-concept demonstrations and industrial applications, it is critical to validate and optimize fabrication processes suitable for industrial environments. In this presentation, I will begin by outlining the core principles behind silicon-based qubit design. I will then highlight our recent progress at CEA-Leti in scaling quantum devices, with a focus on both the enhanced functionalities achieved and the advances in large-scale testing. These developments will be discussed in the context of our strategic objectives, both in the short and long term.
