mmW and Sub-THz CMOS front-ends for 6G

In this presentation, millimeter-wave/Sub-THz front-ends implemented by CMOS will be introduced for 6G communication, which includes 300GHz-band 4-element phased-array transmitter, D-band 640Gbps MIMO transceiver, and time-division MIMO transceiver.
