GaN NDPA MMIC Design for Decade Bandwidth Power and Efficiency

This talk will discuss the design of Gallium Nitride Non-Uniform Distributed MMIC Power Amplifiers for high power and high efficiency applications. Practical limitations on output power, bandwidth and efficiency will be highlighted. Design techniques to maximize performance will be included in the talk. Several practical NDPA implementations with state-of-the-art commercial performance will be covered.
