High Density RF Solutions for Scaled Quantum Computing
Scaled qubit counts will require improvements in the RF solutions that support qubit control and readout. Not only is there a need for better performance through improved crosstalk and reduced insertion losses, there is also a need to increase density of traces while avoiding a linear increase in cooling power required. This talk will explore a novel next generation high density RF solution Maybell has been developing with a focus on high density, high performance connector solutions. We will discuss the importance of the transition board design and other often overlooked engineering considerations required for optimal performance as well as share a roadmap for a more compact end to end solution.
