Advanced High Efficiency GaN PA Module for FR3 Massive MIMO Base Stations

Together with both the development of GaN technologies and the evolution of Doherty PA, high-efficiency GaN PA architectures have advanced to meet ever-increasing system level requirements. Here, for FR3 massive MIMO base stations, practical and compact GaN PAs implemented in the module are introduced, and the design and evaluation for wideband, high linearity and high efficiency are presented.
