Using AI to Achieve Reliability in Harsh Environments

Operating SoCs in harsh environments (eg extreme temperatures, high radiation) demands unprecedented reliability. This talk demonstrates how advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) is crucial for moving beyond traditional, failure-prone maintenance. We will focus on key AI techniques that combine DFx and on-chip sensor data to create intelligent diagnostics and prognostics. The presentation will detail AI-driven strategies for real-time data fusion, accurate Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction, and building self-optimizing SoCs. Application to automotive and data center SoCs will be shared.
