Wideband and Power-Efficient SiGe BiCMOS Building Blocks for D-Band Communications

The talk provides a comprehensive review of fundamental SiGe BiCMOS building blocks for D-band transceivers. Design strategies are explored to enhance performance in terms of wideband amplification and power efficiency in both TX and RX front-ends. Several examples, validated by experimental results, are shown applied to low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers and phase shifters.
