D-Band Circuits and System Design for High-Speed Wireless and Dielectric Waveguide Communications in CMOS Process

The THz frequency range has gained significant interest due to its potential to support either wireless or dielectric waveguide communications. Nevertheless, there are still numerous technical challenges to be overcome, particularly in the silicon process. This talk will focus on the challenges and design techniques of D-band building blocks and transceivers in CMOS process.
