Wideband 130–170GHz Receivers and 140GHz Dual-Pol./Dual-Beam Phased Array for 6G Systems with up to 2×50Gbps Communications

This talk will present our latest work for 6G systems with ultra wideband transceivers and extremely high data-rates. We will present a 130–170GHz Dual-Channel receiver for backhaul applications capable of being reconfigured in 5 different bands, each 8GHz, and supporting up to 2×50 Gbps per band. We will also present the first dual-polarization phased array at 140GHz capable of 100Gbps links on two polarizations. Both were fabricated using GF45RFSOI and the phased array was packaged using standard low-cost interposers. Both of these systems present state-of-the-art performance and present practical high-performance high-bandwidth solutions for 6G systems.
