Array Design Consideration for W-Band and Beyond

This talk will describe high-level design considerations for arrays operating in the W-band. Architecture challenges, technology choices, stability, power, thermal, assembly, and test challenges will be addressed. The speaker will present his own experiences, and provide recommendations for meeting spec at frequencies outside the comfort zone.
