Reflectionless Receiver for Microwave/mm-Wave Communication with Flat Carrier Aggregation Operation

In this talk, a series of reflectionless receivers with key blocks including absorptive IF amplifier, 3-port down converter, etc are discussed, which can support flat carrier aggregation operation within a wide band. Such reflectionless receivers fabricated in CMOS technologies can also afford low noise figure, good IIP3, high data-rate, etc in mm-wave (eg 5GNR FR2-1 and FR2-2 bands), which are attractive for multi-band multi-functional communication.
