Time-Domain Waveform Analysis for Behavioral Model Extraction

Behavioral modeling plays a pivotal role in the design and verification of complex electronic systems, enabling accurate representation of component behavior without delving into low-level physical details. This talk explores the critical process of extracting behavioral models using time-domain waveform analysis — a technique that leverages transient signal data to characterize system dynamics. Several types of behavioral models will be presented, ranging from traditional look-up table based models to more advanced models based on artificial neural networks.
