Aerosol Jet Printing for Heterogeneous Integration and RF Packaging

In this talk we will present how Aerosol Jet Printing technology — a form of additive manufacturing — has evolved over the last decade to provide significant heterogeneous integration and RF packaging solutions for RF front-ends operating from X-band to W-band. We will also provide material and process considerations with a goal to achieving increased functionality and integration levels.
