NEW! IEEE MTT-S Summer School program preceding IMS2025!
The upcoming IEEE MTT-S Summer School will unravel the intricacies of 6G communications, aiming to dispel the hype surrounding its potential amidst skepticism from operators. Delving into applications and system-level requirements for the next generation of communication systems, the program will explore enabling technologies like phased arrays, Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), Ultra-Massive MIMO, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), and emerging semiconductor technologies. 6G is a field university students should be familiar with and excited about. This Summer School will bring together scholars, local professionals, Distinguished Lectures (DLs), and students to learn, connect, and get inspired about the latest innovations in 6G. In this program, students will hear lectures from industry leaders, explore leading edge concepts, be exposed to the latest innovations in the industry, and will have the opportunity to network with professionals and peers in the field. The program will also feature hands-on tutorials, fostering an interactive learning experience for students eager to engage with the latest advancements in 6G communications.
The IEEE MTT-S Summer School program will take place leading up to IMS.
More details on Eligibility and the Application Process will be available in February.
