Blueshift develops and produces advanced circuit materials designed to meet the performance demands of high-frequency aerospace applications. The PhaseBlue® Series is built around a core polyimide aerogel dielectric that delivers ultra-low dielectric constant and dissipation factor, exceptional thermal stability, and high flexibility in an ultra-lightweight format. With a structure composed of approximately 85 percent air, PhaseBlue enables significant weight reduction while maintaining robust mechanical integrity and dimensional stability.

PhaseBlue materials are engineered for compatibility with standard FR-4 PCB manufacturing processes and offer a PFAS-free, halogen-free alternative to traditional PTFE-based laminates. This combination of electrical performance, formability, and environmental compliance makes PhaseBlue well suited for phased arrays, conformal and patch antennas, and radomes where signal integrity, weight savings, and design flexibility are critical.
