What made you want to work in this industry?
My passion for RF technology comes from its pivotal role in shaping the future of connectivity. While most communication networks are now classified as digital, RF remains fundamental in signal transmission, leveraging analog signals for precision and reliability. The continuous evolution of RF applications, from 5G and satellite communications to aerospace and defense, drives my enthusiasm for this field. The push toward miniaturization, power efficiency, and enhanced linearity—combined with advancements in materials, AI, and semiconductor technologies—makes RF an exciting and ever-evolving industry to be a part of.
What is your favorite part of your job?
The most fulfilling aspect of my work is leading cross functional teams in defining and developing cutting-edge RF products that drive innovation across 5G, SatCom, aerospace, and defense. I thrive on collaborating with customers globally, shaping competitive strategies, driving design wins, and influencing go-to-market approaches. The rapid evolution of AI-driven RF optimization, beamforming, and software-defined architectures presents limitless opportunities. Seeing RF semiconductor solutions being essential to critical applications is both a privilege and a motivation to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
