Dielectric Characterization - RCL Microwave specializes in dielectric spectroscopy from 100 MHz to 250 GHz. We have a variety of test methods including broadband coaxial and waveguide methods, as well as resonators for characterizing low loss materials.
We are currently offering our 10 GHz resonator for characterizing solids, a 50 GHz resonator for characterizing liquids, and a 150 GHz resonator for characterizing machinable solids. The 150 GHz resonator is a multimode resonator that allows the characterization the X, Y and Z axes of the material in 1 measurement.
