TransEON is a Canadian startup offering pure-play GaN foundry services for applications across the RF spectrum. Our processes leverage novel MOS-based technology to significantly boost RF power density, linearity, and bandwidth from HF through 100+ GHz. Other benefits over competing GaN foundries include advanced packaging features and interposer integration, 8-12 week turnaround times, lower minimum order quantities, and license-free export to 32 countries.

Services available include flexible end-to-end fabrication of customer-designed chips through ADS and Microwave Office-compatible PDKs, custom design for customers requiring translation of specs to a final product, packaging and thermal analysis, as well as electrical test and in-house FA.
