Location: Westin Boston Seaport Hotel in the outdoor Pavilion

Class Descriptions:

Full Body Strength Workout: Shoes are optional, and all necessary equipment, including towels, will be provided on-site. Please bring enough water. This session focuses on building overall strength using bodyweight exercises to challenge all major muscle groups. Expect a mix of upper body, lower body, and core exercises designed to improve muscle tone, stability, and functional strength. The session includes a brief warm-up and ends with a cool-down and stretching. Modifications will be provided so participants of all fitness levels can safely join and benefit from the workout, every pace and ability is welcome. 

Full Body Cardio Workout:  Shoes are optional, and all necessary equipment, including towels, will be provided on-site. Please bring enough water. This session is designed to elevate your heart rate and improve cardiovascular endurance while engaging your entire body. Expect dynamic, high-energy movements combining cardio bursts, bodyweight exercises, and mobility drills. A short warm-up will prepare your body, and the session concludes with a cool-down and stretching. Jasmin will provide variations to accommodate all fitness levels, and every pace is welcome. Participants are encouraged to move at a level that feels good to them.

Morning Run: Shoes are required for this session. Join Jasmin for a morning run suitable for all fitness levels. The session starts with a short warm-up and ends with a cool-down and stretching. The pace is entirely up to you, everyone is welcome, whether you run, jog, or walk. The focus is on movement, fun, and enjoying being active together.

Instructor: Dr.-Ing. Jasmin Gabsteiger, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany 

Dr.-Ing. Jasmin Gabsteiger is a postdoctoral researcher in Electrical Engineering in Magdeburg, Germany. Since 2014, she has been teaching fitness classes, including at Adidas. In addition to her regular classes at Adidas, she also hosts fitness events at various hotels worldwide and has been offering her fitness program at the RWW since 2025. As a Group Fitness Master Trainer, LesMills Instructor, and certified Yoga teacher, she is excited to bring her expertise to IMS2026. Jasmin enjoys pushing participants to their limits while ensuring that all fitness levels are catered to, so everyone gets the most out of her classes.
