RFIC Student Paper and Industry Paper Competition Description:

Student Paper Competition (SPC): Eligible students are encouraged to submit papers for the Student Paper Competition. To be considered for an award, the student must be a full-time student during the time the work was performed and still be a student on the submission deadline, be the lead author, and personally present the paper at IMS.

First, second, and third prizes will be awarded based on the paper content and video presentations. Free registration for RFIC will be provided to all finalists.

Finalists will be invited to participate in the RFIC Reception and Symposium Showcase following the RFIC Plenary Session. The SPC awards will be given at the RFIC Plenary Session.

Qualification: Full time student, lead author on the paper and must present paper at the RFIC Symposium
Paper Type: Regular Paper
Judging: Paper for all submissions, video submission for selected finalists 
Announcement of Winners: RFIC Plenary Session

Industry Paper Competition (IPC): Authors from industry and government organizations are encouraged to submit papers for the Industry Paper Competition. The work should highlight technical innovation and/or state-of-the-art performance. First, second, and third prizes will be awarded based on the paper content. Prize includes a free advertisement in the IEEE Microwave Magazine, for the author’s company.

Finalists will be invited to participate in the RFIC Reception and Symposium Showcase following the RFIC Plenary Session. The IPC awards will be given at the RFIC Plenary Session.
