Microsanj is a thermal metrology company specializing in high-resolution thermoreflectance imaging for RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and power semiconductor devices. Our systems deliver sub-micron, full-field temperature mapping with transient resolution as fast as 500 picoseconds — making them uniquely suited for GaN HEMTs, MMICs, InP lasers, and other high-frequency devices where localized heating directly impacts performance and reliability. The NOSH-TDTR™ module extends this capability to passive materials characterization, enabling thermal conductivity measurement of substrates, thin films, and multilayer structures critical to advanced RF packaging.
