WavePro® is a ceramic-filled PTFE dielectric material engineered for antennas, lenses, phase shifters, radomes, and other RF/mmWave applications.
It is available as standard 18 in. x 24 in. panels up to 10 mm thick, with a dielectric constant ranging from 2.0 to 20.4. Custom products and build-to-print manufacturing are available for conformal surfaces, 3D shapes with complex geometries, layered materials with different Dks, and copper-clad laminates.
WavePro's precise formulation and manufacturing process results in an ultra-low-loss material with superior mechanical and thermal stability, making it an excellent choice for reliable, high-performance wireless applications.
