Exhibitor Registration Information 2024

 
 

Exhibitors must register all booth staff to the Exhibiting Company’s badge list and are allotted 8 badges per 10x10 booth rented. Additional badges beyond the allotment are $30 each. Please note that as the main contact for your company, you are not automatically registered for a badge. If you will be attending, please remember to add your name to the badge list.

Booth Staff Registration Tips

Conference Registrations:
Each exhibitor has access to IMS conference pass discounts for their employees and can register from the Manage Booth Staff page under the “Register Staff” link. These badges will read “Exhibitor IMS” and include the name of the company that is renting the booth. These badges will also allow access to the exhibition floor during set up, before, during and after exhibit hours and during teardown. Note that discounted conference passes do not count toward your booth staff quota (of 8 employees per 10x10). Exhibitor IMS Registrations over and above the discounted allotment can be added using the Registration Resource Center, note you must be registered as an exhibitor first.

  • $135 IMS Session Pass (1 per 10x10) access to all IMS session and proceedings
  • $545 IMS Session Pass (2 per 10x10) access to all IMS session and proceedings

*The allotment and price are the only differences between the 2 IMS Conference Passes above. The discounted conference pass is for IMS proceedings and sessions which take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Once registered as an exhibitor, registrants will be able to purchase additional conferences, workshops, boot camps and special events using the Registration Resource Center. For questions, contact customer service, 774-247-4038. 

BADGE PICK-UP:
Badge pick-up will be at East Registration in the Grand Lobby of the Walter E Washington Convention Center. A valid photo ID is required to pick up your badge.
