IM Technology has developed a core technology to metallize plastics, and is a company that uses this technology to develop products with dramatically improved characteristics such as lightness, high strength, formability, and conductivity. Products manufactured using this technology have the characteristics of a new material that combines the advantages of plastic and metal, so they exhibit excellent characteristics that overcome the limitations of existing single materials.
Using this polymer metallization technology, we have developed RF components, antennas, and world-class high-strength lightweight structures for aerospace and communications. In 2024, we developed a high-performance small LEO satellite using antennas, RF components, and waveguides manufactured with our new technology, and passed both space environment tests and performance evaluations.
