Sponsorships will be acknowledged when your company’s IMS2023 spend reaches the following dollar amounts:

Platinum -$70,000

Gold- $50,000

Silver- $30,000

Benefits:

• Mailing List Distribution - Platinum and Gold sponsors will receive complimentary email distributions to IMS2023 registrants. Platinum receives two distributions and Gold receives one.
• Digital Acknowledgements - Sponsor recognition on IMS2023 home page, social media, and select attendee eblasts.
• Onsite Acknowledgements - IMS will provide sponsor branding or logos prominently displayed onsite at IMS2023 including areas such as registration, meeting access areas, and exhibition entrances.
• Sponsorship Designation - Sponsors will be recognized on published exhibitor lists prior to IMS2023 and the directory listings of the IMS2023 Map Guide.
• Sponsorship Seal - Each sponsor will receive a commemorative plaque recognizing sponsorship participation that your company can display within your exhibit. Sponsors are encouraged to use a provided digital seal in pre-show and on-site promotions including web banners, print ads, social media, email distributions and marketing materials.
